Step into an energising and grounding experience designed to reset your body and mind.
We begin with soft stretching vibe on the rebounder, to release endorphins. Then we will transition into a guided binaural sound-journey walk, allowing rhythm, breath, and nature to bring your nervous system into deep calm.
Expect stretch movement, music, fresh air, and that unbeatable energy at one of the North Coast’s most beautiful locations.
